《Jak and Daxter》电影据称敲定《The Minecraft Movie》编剧
Jak and Daxter Movie Lands Minecraft Writers, It’s Claimed
A new claim suggests the Jak and Daxter movie is still in development at Sony and has apparently landed the writers of The Minecraft Movie.
Players were first informed about the Jak and Daxter movie back in 2022, when the director of the Uncharted movie, Ruben Fleischer, had revealed that he was working on a movie based on another one of Naughty Dog’s hit titles. Now it seems the movie could have even more high-profile names attached, including those who have worked on previous game adaptations.
Jak and Daxter Movie Brings in The Minecraft Movie’s Gavin James and Neil Widener
A new post on X (formerly Twitter) by DanielRPK reveals that Sony is still developing the Jak and Daxter movie. It adds that The Minecraft Movie writers Neil Widener and Gavin James have joined the team, and the movie’s IMDb page matches that information. The claim also says Ruben Fleischer will still direct the movie. Other details regarding the cast, release window, or plot haven’t been revealed.
In 2023, some additional details about the Jak and Daxter movie were claimed, including cast details. It stated that it would be a live-action adaptation of the franchise and that the movie was eyeing two MCU stars for the main roles: Tom Holland as Jak and Chris Pratt as Daxter. However, none of these details have been officially confirmed yet.
