Set to arrive on November 10th, Ashes of the Singularity II will bring a fresh next-generation grand-scale RTS to your systems.
More about it - set in the near future, Ashes of the Singularity II puts humanity in a fight for its own survival. The Post-Human Coalition, a faction of humans who have abandoned their physical bodies, has become the most technologically advanced power in the solar system. At the same time, a rogue artificial intelligence has built the AI Substrate, a machine civilization determined to secure its own future at any cost. Caught between them, humanity is losing ground.
From the press release sent to GamingOnLinux: "We're grateful to every player who jumped in during Next Fest and our playtests. Ashes of the Singularity II is a better game because of them," said Adrian Wright, Vice President of Entertainment at Stardock. "On November 10, the fight to save humanity begins in massive-scale RTS battles we’re eager for players to experience."
