Worm Capitalist is getting ready to turn worm poop into serious cash, with the bizarre incremental game officially launching on Steam on November 30, 2026. Developed by solo creator Tikotey and published by Ivy Juice, the game has also released a new trailer, and players can jump into its free demo during Steam Next Fest, running from October 19 to 26.

The premise is as ridiculous as it sounds. Players feed hungry worms, watch them chew through food and other objects, and turn their waste into profit. What starts as a tiny operation can eventually grow into a full-blown worm empire, with upgrades improving digestion, appetite, and speed while workers handle the business automatically.

Of course, there is more to the game than feeding worms and collecting money. Players can spend Colony Points on a skill tree packed with upgrades, active abilities, and new workers. Once the colony reaches its limits, they can even consume their own worms to unlock permanent bonuses and start another run with a more efficient setup.

Worm Capitalist also brings some unusual extras to the table. Twitch integration lets players name their worms after viewers, while new objects, abilities, and upgrades offer plenty of opportunities to expand the business. The game will also support 16 languages.
