Eschatology Entertainment and 4Divinity have presented a brand-new trailer for the upcoming western action Guns of Eschaton. The video revealed a release date for the project set on December, 8 2026. The world’s first soulslike FPS will take players into an apocalyptic Western created by legendary art director Viktor Antonov (Half-Life 2, Dishonored, Prey, Fallout 4, Wolfenstein: The New Order). Meanwhile, the Demo version of the game is available on Steam.
Guns of Eschaton is a first-person shooter set in a land of dust, blood, false saints and occult horror. Players start as ordinary and fragile person outmatched, and surrounded by hordes of monsters. However, they have everything for survival a Colt, the instincts of a killer, and the will to make it home. Every bullet matters. Every gun has its own character. Each monster has a weakness. Players can’t rely on old shooter instincts, they have to learn how to shoot all over again.

- Weapons: About 20 weapons built around the feel, limitations, and brutality of 19th-century firearms.
- Builds: Flexible playstyles with active and passive abilities, custom bullets, talismans, armor, consumables, and the powers of three sacramental paths.
- Bullets: Right bullet for the right monster.
- Factions: The factions take roots in real mythologies, all twisted by the apocalypse.
- An Occult Apocalyptic West: The Wild West has fallen into a mystical and spiritual apocalypse known as “The Burning.” Across ruined settlements and forgotten frontiers, reality bends beneath ancient forces, competing faiths, and impossible myths.
- Codex: A hand-drawn Cherokee Codex allows studying enemy behavior, weak points, anatomy, rituals, and hidden rules. Lore is not just decoration; it’s a weapon.
