Pawn shop PS5, board EDM-030 (per the label on the bottom). It powers on normally: fans run and the controller pairs. But there is no video output at all.
What I've done:
Replaced the HDMI port twice. The pins look fine under the scope.
Tried to read UART error codes with both CST and PS5 Wee Tools (115200 8N1). I get no data. The TX and RX pads read about 3.3 V in standby. Not sure if these images help but any advice or tips would be appreciated!
