微软 XBOX Nano Controller 将于2026年11月4日发售，售价49.99美元

Microsoft has unveiled the XBOX Nano Controller, a compact wireless gamepad designed for smaller hands and players looking for a more portable way to play. It features a built-in rechargeable battery and supports XBOX consoles, Windows PCs, and compatible mobile devices. If a full-sized controller feels too big in your hands, this could be worth a look.

According to the official Microsoft Store listing, the XBOX Nano Controller costs £44.99 in the UK and $49.99 in the US. It is scheduled to launch on November 4, 2026. Pre-orders are available through the Microsoft Store.

A Smaller Controller for Gaming on the Go

The XBOX Nano Controller retains the familiar XBOX button layout while reducing the overall size, making it an option for younger players, people with smaller hands, and anyone who wants a compact controller for travel. It supports XBOX Series X|S and XBOX One consoles, alongside compatible Windows PCs, Android devices, and iOS devices. XBOX Wireless handles connectivity with supported consoles, while Bluetooth lets players connect to compatible PCs and mobile devices.

Rechargeable Battery Included

One of the more convenient features is the XBOX Nano Controller’s internal rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Rather than relying on disposable AA batteries, the controller can be recharged using USB-C. That’s a welcome inclusion, especially for anyone tired of swapping batteries or buying a separate rechargeable battery pack.

There is one catch, however: the USB-C charging cable is sold separately. Yes, many of us already have USB-C cables lying around, but leaving one out still feels a little unfair. If you’re selling a controller with a built-in battery, I’d like to see the cable needed to charge it included in the box.

Microsoft is also positioning the controller as a way to introduce new players to gaming. The product page features games such as Minecraft Dungeons II, Grounded 2, Bluey’s Happy Snaps, Roblox, and LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. The smaller design could be useful for younger players, though how comfortable it feels is something we’ll have to find out with hands-on time.

An Affordable Addition to the Xbox Family

At £44.99/$49.99, the XBOX Nano Controller sits below the standard XBOX Wireless Controller’s typical retail price. That gives players another option when buying an extra gamepad for family game nights or putting together a portable gaming setup. Its appeal will ultimately depend on how comfortable the compact design feels during longer sessions.

The XBOX Nano Controller launches on November 4, 2026. UK pre-orders are available now through Microsoft’s official store. For more information, visit the official XBOX Nano Controller page.
