下地狱：《Beatrix》将更新 demo 带到 Steam Next Fest

The dark fantasy roguelite board-builder returns with an improved tutorial, refined battles, better progression and a host of gameplay, interface and performance improvements. 

Milan, Italy – 19 October 2026. Indie developer and publisher Tambù Digital invites players to descend into Hell as Beatrix, a dark fantasy roguelite that takes deckbuilding in a different direction. Combining card-based combat with the ability to build and shape the battlefield itself, Beatrix challenges players to think several moves ahead, master its mechanics and find the right strategy to overcome increasingly demanding encounters. The updated demo is available now as part of Steam Next Fest.

The latest demo introduces a range of improvements designed to make the experience more accessible and polished. An updated onboarding experience and tutorial help players get to grips with the game’s mechanics, while progression has been refined to improve the flow of each run. Battles have also received updates and fixes, alongside numerous interface refinements, performance optimisations and audio improvements.

BUILD YOUR DECK. SHAPE THE BATTLEFIELD.

In Beatrix, building a powerful deck is only half the battle. Players must also construct and manipulate the battlefield, turning enemy cards to their side by surrounding them on the grid. Powerful field effects, known as Canons, add another layer of strategy, changing the rules of play and creating opportunities for clever combinations.

Designed for players who enjoy a serious strategic challenge, Beatrix rewards careful planning, experimentation and an appetite for getting to grips with the numbers behind every decision. Understanding how cards, positioning and battlefield effects interact is key to developing winning strategies and overcoming the dangers that await in a dark, stylised vision of Dante’s Hell.

With its updated demo now available during Steam Next Fest, players can experience these tactical battles for themselves, explore the latest improvements and discover how deep the rabbit hole goes.

The Beatrix demo is available now on Steam as part of Steam Next Fest, running from 19–26 October 2026. Players can try the updated demo and add Beatrix to their Steam wishlist to follow development and receive future updates.
