GTA 5’s Trevor actor admits he is “curious” about GTA 6 after saying he’d never play it
Steven Ogg, the actor behind Trevor from GTA 5, has finally admitted he is excited for Grand Theft Auto 6 despite previously saying he felt “nothing” about the game’s hype.
Over the years, Steven Ogg has made it abundantly clear to Grand Theft Auto fans that he doesn’t quite understand their excitement for games. The actor, who played Trevor in GTA 5, even told fans to read a book instead of getting hyped for GTA 6.
However, his seeming resentment towards the Grand Theft Auto series has started to subside. Ogg has joined Ned Luke, who plays Michael, in a YouTube series celebrating GTA 5, finally sitting down and watching how the game plays out.
While that came as a massive shock to GTA fans, Ogg has now admitted he is interested in seeing how Grand Theft Auto 6 unfolds as well.
Steven Ogg says he is “curious” about GTA 6 now
The actor, who has also appeared in Better Call Saul, rejoined Luke for the 11th episode of his Final Mission playthrough of the game they starred in.
“I think… Ned, we should also do this with the new one, when GTA 6 comes out because obviously it’s going to be so f**king different and talk about the animations,” he said. “It would be kind of fun.”
Ogg continued, adding that he is “curious” about the game, the actors behind it, if the gameplay is better, and how it all shakes out compared to the work they put in on GTA 5. “It doesn’t matter, there is no better or worse, I’m just curious,” he added.

Luke noted that he sort of has that “planned” already and is also interested in how the acting compares too.
“The gameplay is going to be incredible, I would think,” he continued, adding that the new game will be “so advanced” compared to GTA 5.
Some fans quickly joked about how Luke has been able to get his fellow actor so interested after all these years, too. “I still have to read Crime and Punishment by Dostoevsky,” one quipped.
“He has finally understood,” another said. “Steven seems to be getting into it a little more, cool to see,” commented another. “Steven said he did not care about the release of GTA 6 because he is not a gamer and now he is interested. How did you do it, Ned?” another chimed in.
