Rockstar发布《GTA 6》官方发售预告片 确认11月19日登陆PS5和Xbox Series X|S

The launch trailer for "Grand Theft Auto VI" has dropped, offering the most tantalizing peek at Rockstar Games' upcoming title yet. The first mainline entry in the series since 2013's "Grand Theft Auto V," "GTA 6" is one of the most eagerly anticipated games of 2026. This trailer, with its immersive return to the franchise's location of Vice City, proves to fans that it has all been worth the wait. With the game's launch just over a month away, this new minute and a half tease — complete with final release date — offers the best look at Rockstar's flagship franchise's big return.

In addition to Vice City, the preview provides fans with look at Leonida, the greater fictional state where the coastal metropolis is located. The preview also leans into the colorful personalities that players can expect to encounter and interact with when "Grand Theft Auto VI" drops this November, from stylish balaclava-wearing killers to aerial stunts. Not an '80s period piece like "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City," the upcoming game emphasizes the sensibilities and absurdities of our modern era. It's looking to bring all the open-world mayhem that fans have come to expect from Rockstar, with a fresh twist and eye-popping technical presentation.

With Rockstar's official new  trailer now available online, here's our first look at the crime-fueled open-world mayhem fans can expect in "Grand Theft Auto VI" when it releases on consoles November 19, 2026.

What will we see in Grand Theft Auto VI?

Rockstar Games

Well before the Netflix extended look at "Grand Theft Auto VI" came out in August, the game has been making waves in the industry as details continued to trickle out. Given its development time and pre-release images, "GTA 6" is shaping up to be more realistic than anyone expected. The game is also centered on the freewheeling criminal couple of Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, who find themselves in the seedy underworld of Vice City. As the pair becomes more involved in illicit enterprises in the region, they embark on increasingly daring missions while building up their notoriety — and their relationship.

Since opening for preorders on June 25, "Grand Theft Auto VI" has already posted impressive sales numbers for Rockstar. With hundreds of millions of dollars generated in revenue from preorders, the vast majority of "GTA 6" preorders are from the Ultimate Edition version of the release. This comes despite the game controversially lacking a conventional physical release (and offering an absurd, game-lacking merch box) and only currently being available for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. At the end of the day, people are hyped for "GTA 6," no matter the manner of its release or its platform availability.

The latest trailer for "Grand Theft Auto VI" is only driving up our anticipation, especially as the game's release now officially looms over the holiday season.
