Harpy Storm Witch Adept/Master
I like the idea. It cries for a pair!
updated added master
Added sharpness now
Sorry, buddy. I can't give it a five-star rating. The master pattern has nothing to do with the harpy. My suggestion is to add details and more gorgeous colors on the basis of the Adept pattern.
The sharpness helps a lot. I think it (& a lot of your icons) could go even sharper (or more likely, have thicker lines), but this is definitely an improvement.

Adept - one feather (fitting for a Harpy).
Master - мany feathers gathered into a fan.
Besides, fan, air currents, wind, storm - the chain of reasoning is clear.
So Kitana was the harpy and not Mileena?
