What changed

Two more languages. Polish and Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) — the whole demo, days 1 to 5, doctor mode included. That makes twelve. 

Language on first launch. The game now opens with a list of languages, the one your system or browser uses already highlighted. Pick one, and the game remembers it; you can still change it in the settings. In the browser version the choice is stored by the browser, so a different browser or a cleared cache will ask again. If you already have a language saved, nothing changes for you.

Crisper text. The game draws at 1280×720 and scales to your window. Where that scale is not a whole number — 1920×1080 is ×1.5 — small text came out with uneven pixels, and dense Japanese and Chinese characters blurred together. Small text now snaps to the pixel grid of your screen, and the papers (exam sheet, lab printout, medical card) in Japanese and Chinese print with a pixel font that fits it. Traditional Chinese gets its own Taiwanese font. In the browser this applies to the embed and to fullscreen alike.

Review portal. Two fixes that came from players' reviews — thank you. Nurse Lena no longer writes reviews: she is a colleague, and on day 3 she could leave a complaint about the very referral she had asked for. And when a patient leaves three stars or fewer for a decision that was right (“didn't even give me pills”), the clinic administration now replies under the review: no violations found. Reviews stay unfair on purpose; the reply tells you whether you were right.

Engine. Godot 4.6.3 → 4.7.2, for the browser version and the downloads alike. The files are a bit larger because of it: the web build is about 29 MB now, the downloads 47–78 MB.

The patients and the five days are the same. If something feels off, write in the comments — I read everything.
