Any other devs getting spammed with port/remake cold call emails?
《Cosmic Star Heroine》等游戏开发者收到多封移植/重制冷邮件，并发帖询问其他同行是否也遇此类骚扰。邮件称可将《Cosmic Star Heroine》移植至 Switch 2，费用起始 35k Euros，该作已登陆 Switch 1；另欲移植《Cthulhu Saves the World》及重制复古风格 RPG，楼主正用 Godot 自行移植。
I assume this is a gen-AI scammy thing, because this wasn't really a thing I got in the past, but now I'm getting a bunch of these from different groups.
One email said they'd be happy to port Cosmic Star Heroine to Switch 2, with their fee starting at 35k Euros. The game is already on Switch 1 and runs really well there (I'd do a S2 port if our publisher on that game was interested just for the slight improvements, but they weren't particularly). Another email said they wanted to port Cthulhu Saves the World. I'm literally already working on a port myself (to Godot so I can port to more platforms and make updates and improvements). Another email wanted to remake one of our old retro-style RPGs. Like I'd trust some random dev to remake a retro-style RPG (and what would you remake it to?).
I already hated AI and that was before it started filling up my email with more junk.
