MubLoop+ 1.7:音频录制与降噪模式
MubLoop+ 1.7: Record Audio & Noise Reduction modes
Small but pretty big update this time: MubLoop+ can now record audio.
There's a new ● button in the bottom left corner. It opens a recording window where you can record either what's playing on your computer or your microphone. When done, the recording goes straight into Source, so you can edit it there before saving.

What you can record
- System Audio: anything playing on your PC. Handy for capturing sounds from synths, browser SFX generators, or your own game.
- Microphone: foley, voice or quick sound ideas. Mic recordings are saved as mono. I tested it with my Scarlett Solo and SM58, so audio interfaces should work fine.
There's also an option to trim silence from the start and end of the recording.
One tip: if you record system audio, keep the volume in the app you're recording from at 100%. The Windows master volume doesn't matter, so you can turn your speakers down while recording.
Clean up recordings with Noise Reduction
Mic recordings usually have some room noise or hiss in them, so Noise Reduction now has three modes for finding the noise to remove:
- Auto: finds the quietest part of the audio you're processing and uses it as the noise profile.
- Source: same, but searches the whole source file, so it also works on short clips with no silence in them.
- Selection: uses a noise profile you capture yourself.
To use Selection, select a bit of background noise in the Source waveform, like the moment before you start talking, and click Get Noise Profile. Noise Reduction then removes exactly that noise from the sound in the Effects window.

Noise Reduction also keeps sharp sounds like hits and footsteps crisper now.
The captured profile also works in the Batch Tool when you use the current effect chain, so you can clean a whole folder of takes recorded in the same room.
Other changes
- New {time} token for export filenames. Recordings use it by default, and you can change their naming in Settings.
- Sounds made with generators get numbered file names when saved.
- The "Export Preview" button in the Effects window is now called "Save WAV".
- Fixed a click at the start of looping playback, for example with Autoplay on or in the Effects window preview.
- Fixed "Import Source" in the Effects window being disabled in Cut mode.
- Fixed Cut Mode crossfade zones staying visible after loading new audio.
- Fixed "Save WAV" suggesting a filename without a name for empty samples.
If something doesn't work with your audio device, let me know in the comments.
