恐怖钓鱼冒险《Dreadmoor》公布11月9日Steam抢先体验发售日期，试玩demo现已开放

First-person horror fishing adventure Dreadmoor will scare Steam players early next month, developer Dream Dock has confirmed, and you can dive into its demo now.

Following our hands-on preview, we’ve been eager to learn more about this new horror experience inspired by Dredge, but the waters have been quiet for weeks. Now, we’re finally ready to mark a release date on our calendars: November 9.

Publisher Digital Vortex Entertainment says Dreadmoor currently is “a top 100 most wishlisted unreleased game on Steam”, so we might be looking at yet another indie sleeper hit in the making. Still, it’s releasing exclusively on PC via Steam, as early access will be its state for 6-12 months, according to the developer.

“Washed up and left for dead in the post-catastrophe Submerged Lands, take the wheel of a run-down fishing boat to survive and find your way home. Scour the waters for wreckage to repurpose into new gear and ship upgrades with the help of the owner of an ominous bait shop built atop a set of giant crab legs. Armed with a rod, reel, and lures, set out on the murky waters to catch the most twisted and monstrous fish imaginable.”

Dreadmoor will have a lower price tag during early access ($19.99). A demo is available now and will be part of this month’s Steam Next Fest.
