Who’s ready for patch week in RuneScape? Presumably fans of the MMORPG are, particularly since this is a regular occurrence. What’s all-new this week, though, is the launch of an in-game plugin browser to let players use fan-crafted mods through a more official means instead of outside sites or sources.
The browser, as one might imagine, lets players flip through the list of plugins that community devs have already crafted as part of its plugin beta, such as a tool to mark important tiles on the game’s map or a quest tracker. Jagex is also taking applications for new plugins to be developed, with details provided at a bespoke website as well as a Discord to join.
As for the rest of this week’s patch, most of what’s been applied is related to the Ghrazi Knights duo boss brought to the MMORPG last week, with a number of fixes, increases to the amount of guaranteed blood ichor granted in the fight, and a wide assortment of balance updates. The game has also applied a few fixes to some more general parts of the game.
