前三部《神秘海域》游戏非官方PC移植现已可玩,支持120 FPS、DLSS与FSR帧生成

The First Three Uncharted Games Are Now Playable On PC With 120 FPS, DLSS, FSR, And Frame Generation Through Unofficial Ports

After nearly two decades of PlayStation exclusivity, the original Uncharted trilogy is finally playable on PC, thanks to an ambitious community project that combines native CPU execution with GPU emulation. While Sony brought Uncharted 4: A Thief's End and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy to PC in 2022, the first three installments have remained conspicuously absent from the platform.

That has now changed with SuperMedo's unofficial PC port of Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, which includes Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, and Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception. The project comes from the same developer behind another unofficial native PC port of Bloodborne.

A webpage titled 'Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection for Windows' describes running Uncharted 1, 2, and 3 from the PS4 collection on Windows 10 and 11, detailing the process and features like 120 FPS support and anti-aliasing options.

Technically, this isn't a fully native PC conversion in the traditional sense. The project executes the original PlayStation 4 games' x86-64 CPU instructions directly on compatible PC processors, but still relies on a compatibility layer to replace console-specific system functionality. Furthermore, its shadPS4-derived renderer effectively emulates the PS4's GPU by translating graphics commands and shaders to Vulkan. As such, CPU execution is native, while GPU functionality is emulated, much like in shadPS4 itself. Nevertheless, the project introduces a unified launcher and numerous PC-specific enhancements.

For starters, all three games support 60 FPS and 120 FPS modes, although higher frame rates remain experimental. Players can also take advantage of NVIDIA DLAA, AMD FSR 3.1/4, FSR 3 Frame Generation, and NVIDIA DLSS Frame Generation, including Multi Frame Generation on supported RTX 50 Series GPUs. Keyboard, mouse, and controller support are also available, with customizable controls.

Performance appears particularly promising. As tested by YouTube channel Stargames Benchmarks, community gameplay footage demonstrates the trilogy running at approximately 120 FPS at native 1440p on an AMD Ryzen 5 7500F and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER.

More importantly, there is evidence that the games can actually be completed. In a recent GitHub discussion, two players confirmed finishing Uncharted: Drake's Fortune on RTX 4060-equipped systems. One reported generally achieving 100–120 FPS at 1080p with DLAA, dropping to approximately 80 FPS in larger areas.

However, this doesn't mean the port is entirely free of issues. Both players encountered occasional crashes, with one reporting save corruption during Chapter 11. Other outstanding problems include intermittent graphical artifacts in Uncharted 3, while frame rates above 120 FPS can introduce unexpected behavior.

Fortunately, development is progressing rapidly. The latest version 0.3.6 addresses several issues, including graphical corruption and a train-wreck sequence crash in Uncharted 2. Previous updates also resolved multiple crashes, incorrect textures, and other rendering problems.

Interestingly, SuperMedo isn't the only developer working on the trilogy. A separate project by BilalReloaded has also reached version 0.3.1, offering support for higher rendering resolutions, ultrawide displays, and various PC-specific enhancements. However, that implementation remains in beta as well.

A table titled 'Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection — PC port' details the performance of Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, and Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception on an unspecified platform, highlighting frame rates and resolutions achieved with an RTX 5080 GPU.

For now, SuperMedo's unofficial port represents an impressive milestone, even if some technical issues remain. Those interested can download the latest release from GitHub, although they'll need their own decrypted dump of the PlayStation 4 collection, as no copyrighted game files are provided.
