If you didn’t have enough to play this month, well, good news: Cult of the Lamb is getting a Nintendo Switch 2 version next week. Releasing on October 22nd, 2026, the game will be able to be upgraded to the Switch 2 version for free, and if you’re yet to play it, it’s the same price on Switch 2 as it is on the original Switch.
There are no details about what’ll change between the two versions, but we’re expecting a good performance and resolution bump.
Developed by Aussie developers Massive Monster, Cult of the Lamb has taken the world by storm. See, Square Enix? It’s not too hard to give free updates.
Alright, alright. We're DOING it.
CULT OF THE LAMB comes to NINTENDO SWITCH 2 on OCTOBER 22ND!
Cultists that already own COTL on Switch 1 can upgrade for FREE, while those that don't will have to pay the price. That price being the same amount as the Switch 1 version.
